Get the information you need quickly and easily.

What types of projects do you specialize in?

We specialize in warehouse construction, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and retail fit-outs. We also offer concrete floor polishing and flatworks as standalone services.

Do you work outside Cebu?

Yes. While our core operations are based in Cebu, we’ve completed projects throughout the Visayas, and have also handled builds in Luzon and Mindanao.

Can you handle both design and construction?

We primarily handle construction, but we collaborate closely with your architect or designer. We can also recommend trusted design professionals if needed.

Do you provide project estimates and proposals?

Yes. We offer initial cost estimates based on your plans or concept. Once the scope is defined, we provide a detailed project proposal, including timeline, budget, and deliverables.

How do you ensure quality in your projects?

We invest in high-quality materials, professional-grade tools, and a hands-on supervision process. From formworks to finishes, we prioritize clean execution, safety, and long-term durability.

Can you take on fast-track or phased projects?

Absolutely. We’re experienced in retail rollouts, multi-phase commercial builds, and time-sensitive industrial projects. We plan proactively to meet tight schedules without compromising quality.

What’s the typical timeline for a project?

It depends on the size and scope. Retail fit-outs may take a few weeks, while warehouses or industrial buildings typically span several months. We always provide a project-specific schedule during proposal stage.

Are you PCAB licensed?

Yes. Cebu Kreg Construction is a licensed and registered general contractor in the Philippines, fully compliant with PCAB and other regulatory requirements.

Do you offer warranty and post-construction support?

Yes. We stand by our work. All projects come with warranty coverage, and we provide responsive support for any post-completion concerns or punch list issues.
